Quantity Surveyor - Senior & Junior
- Diploma/Degree in related field.
- You’ll be responsible for the financial aspects of fast track Interior Fit-Out Project, working closely with commercial lead, Procurement Manager, Project Manager, clients and consultants.
- Pre-tender / post-contract submissions and documentation.
- Responsible for tender preparation and submission, spirit of a fighter to be winner in the bidding.
- Attend if necessary, chair meetings with the client, consultant, QS, architect, supplier and sub-contractor.
- Budget control, preparation of progress claims, VO, VE and additional works quotation, finalisation of accounts for Clients as well as contractors.
- To build up a strong and diverse database of trade contractors and suppliers and to maintain a healthy rewarding relationship with them.
- Source and identify potential sub-contractor / supplier based on project requirement.
- Preserving strict confidentiality pertaining to the details of all prospective, ongoing and completed projects of the Company, especially regarding margins and tendered rates.
Site Supervisor – Senior & Junior
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in related field.
- Responsible for coordination, supervision, monitoring and control of architectural and interior design works.
- Planning and organizing site activities, scheduling and controlling on progress of work within the budget and etc.
- Coordinate and monitor sub contractor's progress to meet timeline.
- To liaise and coordinate work flow closely between subcontractors, projects and other departments.
- Evaluate, identify and resolve problems at construction sites. Ensuring solution is of good quality,
- To execute assignment according to work schedule through site proper planning.
- To identify and prepare variations order for the project.
HR Cum Admin Executive
- Diploma/Degree in related field.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource function including recruitment, resolving staff disciplinary issues, review HR policies and procedures and etc.
- Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirement and HR practice such as employment contract, confirmation, warning, termination, memo, policy and etc.
- Conduct orientation for new employees and attend to any queries on HR issues.
- Preparation of monthly reports on HR-related metrics.
- Manage employee relations and welfare. Responsible for the management and maintenance services of office equipment, building, stationery, company licenses, cleaner schedule, despatch schedule and etc.
- Assist in technical support for common IT issues and etc.
- Organize and arrange monthly team meeting, company trip, premium gift, hampers, competition, office activities & event include photobook & video.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
